You arrive in a new City you’ve never been to before.

You rent a bike, and explore the streets.

You have your sketchbook and paints on you, and you know within the next hour the sun will begin to set.

You then choose a spot on the map, and head for the destination.

At a crossroads, a local on another bike directs you to where you want to go.

You arrive, choose your spot, set up your equipment, and begin to paint.

Not long after you’ve captured something far more than a photo. You’ve fully absorbed everything around you, the subtle change of colours as the sun dips further down, the slight change of temperature, the smell of the plants and flowers, the sounds and movements of the swans and birds.

All of this is forever recorded and relived once you look back at the painting you made. You are instantly transported back to that moment, in far richer detail than any photo could.
