‘The Pace of Glaciers’

This was my second painting in El Calafate glacier in Argentina’s Patagonia. It was an incredible experience being there, hearing the ice crack and crash into the water, and the entire ice sheet creak as the sun shone brightly on it. Looking at this painting brings all the memories back.

I started this painting on site and then finished it at my accommodation.
